Your tasks:
Support the Resource review and on ad hoc request the preparation of MBR (Monthly Business review) for some Airframe Domains and for Airframe level consolidated view together with our Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) Support the Domain managers to deal with Resource levels (e.g adaptation of the existing Workforce) to meet the Headcount Targets Conduct skills analysis activities to determine needs and priorities for management decisions in terms of staffing.
