Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive MAC Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tanium, JAMF, and enterprise-level MAC environments. The MAC Support Technician will be responsible for managing and supporting our fleet of Apple devices, ensuring their optimal performance and security.

+ Manage and deploy MAC devices using JAMF Pro, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
