Seeking an on‑site Site Admin/.Endpoint Support Specialist to support rapid growth at its Arkansas Design Center in Conway. This individual will be responsible for provisioning and supporting endpoint devices for engineers, configuring PCs for test stations and equipment, managing permissions and software installs, and delivering high‑touch (“white glove”) support in a fast‑growing engineering environment.
The role will follow existing workflows while actively participating in refining and documenting those processes for future scalability. The candidate will partner closely with Molex Technology, Koch Technology, cybersecurity teams, and a counterpart based at the Maumelle manufacturing facility. While this role does not require deep network engineering expertise, the individual must have some foundational knowledge and the ability to escalate appropriately.
