Position Overview: This position will assist in in the coordination, staging and documentation for conveyor shipments. Location: Hartland, WI / 7:30am to 4:00pm M/F Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Preparing shipping documentation and loading trucks throughout the day. 

Communicating with both internal and external customer regarding order status, mode of transport questions, documentation, tracking, claims, etc. 

Proactively identifies and fixes shipping errors by utilizing Epicor reports and product knowledge.

Work in a safe manner to keep you and your team incident free. 

Perform other related duties as assigned such as auditing inquiries, assisting other cells, etc. 

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities: 

Basic knowledge of shipping documentation both domestically and internationally. 

A team player with excellent communication skills.
