+ Responsible for project management with assigned clients and handling related activities.

+ Responsible for scheduling, assigning, reviewing, and coordinating workflow to ensure proper utilization of staff.

+ Receive inspection inquiries from SS team and assign inspector as required.

+ Create work orders and capture data into the system.

+ Prepare weekly/monthly summary as requested.

+ Other duties as assigned.


+ College or above with international trade or English discipline.

+ Good English reading and writing skill. Fluent in oral English will be preferred.

+ At least 1 year or above working experience.

+ Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

+ High Sense of responsibility.

+ Good computer, data entry and analysis skill.
