Summary The Marion, IL Health Care System is hiring two Supply Technicians in Logistics Service. The position requires the incumbent to possess and maintain a current, valid State Driver's License Responsibilities The primary purpose of the position is to ensure that supplies and material are distributed to all areas serviced by Logistics. The work requires knowledge of applicable polices and procedures as well as inventory systems such as the generic inventory package (GIP), bar-coding, aseptic procedures and Logistics processes. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Pulls stock inventory and material for delivery; replenishes stock inventory; interacts with clinical and administrative customers and maintains records on stock levels; Communicates to the Lead or Supervisor any concerns related to supplies, equipment and procedures.
