Job Description
As the Supply Planning Supervisor, your main goal is to make sure customer orders are finished and shipped on time. You will be the point person for monitoring factory progress in Vietnam and fixing any delays before they become problems. You'll work closely with other departments to keep production moving smoothly and report directly to the Director of Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Track Production: Watch daily factory schedules to spot potential delays early and give early warnings to the team.
Coordinate Teams: Work with Planning to ensure raw materials are ready and with Manufacturing to make sure quality checks are done on time for shipping.
Solve Delays: Take charge of urgent orders or re-making products that had quality issues to ensure they still meet deadlines.
Report Risks: Keep the Director of Sourcing updated on production progress and immediately ...
