• Partner with Divisions to embed standard planning routines (cadence, roles, escalation).
• Coach planners/buyers on MRP/DRP execution and exception management.
• Diagnose chronic issues (shortages, expedites, instability, excess) and drive actions with owners.
• Improve data/parameters (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock) through governance.
