Runing KPI report for region - OTTR/OTFP/PD/inventory Inventory report overview and other reports support Optimize planning of supply in order to efficiently manage inventory levels with on time delivery performance on or above target. Analyze On time to request and on time to promise and drive improvements Facilitate resolution of product shortage issues and communicate outcome with sales support and order management Arrange expedited shipments of parts to support exceptional demand/pull in activities. Planning and scheduling of GC Vision solution orders required by end customers in the region Actively manage relationships with supplier &OM & sales team. Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalation Assists in maintaining accurate planning parameters / material master data. Dealing with invoices resolutions and customer complaints & Sales return request.
