Key Responsibilities
Review demand trends and align production plans with available manufacturing capacity to ensure smooth operations
. Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to address planning gaps and maintain uninterrupted material flow
. Monitor production schedules, create and manage process orders, and ensure timely preparation of BMR/BPR for upcoming production activities
. Track material receipts, consumption, and quality clearances while ensuring timely availability of critical and long lead-time materials
. Manage JIT materials, inventory movements, blocked stock, and near-expiry materials to minimize shortages, wastage, and operational delays
. Handle Track Wise change controls, artwork revisions, and BOM approvals in SAP S/4 HANA
. Participate in S&OP discussions and contribute to MIS reporting, planning dashboards, and performance review presentations
