Organizational Relationships: The Supply Management Coordinator receives day to day direction from work unit and department leadership. The incumbent in this position also works collaboratively with spokespersons, supervisors, supply & equipment vendors, other managers, consultants, and interdepartmentally with purchasing, Contracting and Revenue Recognition. 

The Supply Management Coordinator (SMC) is responsible for all aspects of management of the annual supply inventory. Will work closely with Foundation purchasing as national purchasing options affecting are pursued. Will ensure that proper inventory levels are met for daily operations.
