Position Overview
Purpose and Scope:
The Supply Clerk orders, receives, stores, and issues equipment, material, merchandise, or tools, and compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard by performing the following duties.
Essential Responsibilities:
Utilizes AMRO and ILS-S computer systems to order parts and equipment.Compiles reports on consumption of stocked items, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stocked items, location changes, and refusal of shipments.Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices and examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.Maintains inventory and other stock records of assigned supplies and equipment.Performs inventory, pack and unpack of Mobility Readiness Spares Packages.Requisitions articles to fill accounts and marks identifying codes on articles.
