We are currently seeking **one**ambitious and motivated young professional to join our trainee program within **Production at our plant in Averøy or Stavanger**.
As a Production / Manufacturing Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic and cross-functional team, supporting various areas of the plant’s operations. This role offers hands-on experience across manufacturing, maintenance coordination, process optimization, and production planning. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and gain insight into how different functions interact to ensure efficient and safe production.
