Assist the Supply Chain team in co-ordination of various activities like vendor pre-qualification, inventory analysis, and MIS reporting. Reports to the Manager – Supply Chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Vendor pre-qualification process and identify potential vendors aligned to company’s needs.
Identify new potential suppliers, establish strategic relationships with key suppliers.
Maintain a supplier evaluation system and coordinate with vendors to help improve their performance.
Follow up with vendors to ensure orders are processed and deliveries are completed within due dates.
Ensure QC requirements on deliveries, follow-up with vendors and closeout any deviations and OSDR.
Support warehouse / operations / accounting teams on documentation and tracking information.
