Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across board participants and stakeholders.
Action & Initiative Tracking
Track and monitor actions, decisions, and deliverables from governance boards and key initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive logs of commitments, deadlines, and owner accountability.
Provide regular status updates on initiative progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Escalate risks, delays, or blockers requiring senior leadership intervention.
