Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Supplier Performance Manager. This position will be located at our Bethel, CT facility. This position will require up to 50% travel to various suppliers throughout the United States.

The Supplier Performance Manager reports to the Operations Fulfillment Manager in a newly expanded organization dedicated to improving the global performance of Eaton Aerospace FED suppliers globally. This role will partner closely with manufacturing facilities and the Procurement Center of Excellence to ensure the proper flow of material to meet and exceed customer expectations and address under-performing suppliers to drive and sustain supplier performance improvements.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.
