The Supply Chain Supervisor is a strategic position for LATAM that requires technical background as agronomy or similar and seed production knowledge, which can be based in Salto or Venado Tuerto (Argentina) or Guadalajara (Mexico).

Responsibilities

+ The position will work on inventory management data analyze to capture quality deviations and work to correct them.
+ Work on quality issues investigation based on customer complaints, audit findings and strong quality data analyze.
+ Support leadership related with quality deviation communication and required data.
+ Implement best practices and bring innovation for inventory management work process LATAM.
+ When requested, work with business and marketing team in actions and projects related with seed quality.
+ Coordinate Supply Chain projects, applying methodology in order to guarantee success implementation and sustainability.
