**Description:** As a Subcontract Management Sr., you will be responsible for subcontract execution on the International System Team. You will be a key contributor to preparing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of Hardware and Non Recurring Scope. Day to day activities in this role will include:

• Preparation or bid packages
• Analysis of supplier proposals
• Negotiating subcontract provisions and delivery schedule, preparation of award and administration of resulting subcontracts and required change activity.
