Supply Chain Specialist (Supply Planning) – Cyberjaya

Ensures product availability within the S&OE horizon (0–18 months) while optimizing finished goods inventory across supplies and regions.

Responsibilities

1. Supply Planning & Constraint Management

• Consolidate the Net Requirement Plan (NRP) for warehouse and direct shipment (DS) demand across all regions for the assigned product portfolio.
• Align unconstrained demand with supply constraints and prepare the constrained Net Requirement Plan (NRP) following bottleneck capacity constraints, size ratio constraints, MOQ, sourcing fixed run schedules, critical raw material availability and inventory targets.
• Level load whenever possible.
• Communicate constrained supply plans to manufacturing sites and release purchase orders (POs) based on the plan.
