Manager – Commercial Excellence and Contract Management

Purpose
The role is responsible for supporting through budget monitoring, cost tracking, reporting, and process coordination, ensuring accurate financial control, timely reporting, and effective management of production-related commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Show Closure & Cost Tracking: Manage and track financial closure of shows. Track actuals vs budgets and monitor overruns. Identify and validate approvals.
Reporting & Review Decks: Provide inputs for Greenlighting (GL) review decks to provide visibility on cost performance, approvals, and key trends. Monitor fund loading in systems against approved budgets, ensuring timely and accurate recording of expenditures.
