Position Overview
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing, including order entry, confirmation, fulfilment tracking, and timely communication to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, regional offices, and external partners to support shipment readiness and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer enquiries, service issues, and claims with professionalism and timely follow‑up.
- Monitor order status, backlog, delivery accuracy, and key operational indicators.
- Build, maintain, and analyse Power BI dashboards and reports to support business and operational visibility.
- Perform data validation, consolidation, and reporting for operational review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reporting accuracy, and service performance.
- Work cross‑functionally with sales, logistics, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders.
