Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to support purchasing and operations. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating with vendors, and helping keep processes running smoothly.
What youβll be doing:
+ Assist with purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor follow-ups
+ Track order status and help resolve any shipping or delivery issues
+ Maintain and update vendor and pricing data in internal systems
+ Support inventory and shortage tracking efforts
+ Partner with internal teams (planning, inventory, operations) to ensure materials are available
+ Provide general administrative support including reporting, documentation, and communication
