Plan, coordinate, and execute purchasing and logistics activities to support production and delivery schedules.
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and follow up on order confirmations and deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment based on MRP to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Collaborate closely with internal departments — including Production, Engineering, QA, and Sales — to align material flow with demand.
Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers for import/export arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of purchasing, delivery, and inventory transactions in ERP systems.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost optimization.
