We are seeking a self-motivated and eager-to-learn Escalations Procurement Support to join our team. This role is essential to scaling our operations and improving customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of escalated orders.
Perform accurate order submission and proactive follow-up to ensure the correct parts are shipped and received, by reducing delays and improving customer experience.Monitor escalations and following up.Prepare reports for management and materials teamWork closely with multiple teams including buyers, manufacturing, technical and field supportMinimum Qualifications
