Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply chain policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices aligned with regulatory standards.
- Lead root cause analysis, process improvement, and issue resolution initiatives across end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and warehouse process optimization.
- Build and standardize supply chain frameworks, competency models, and operational guidelines.
- Drive implementation of continuous improvement methodologies such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma, and ERP/SCM systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Develop training programs, learning materials, and capability-building initiatives for supply chain teams.
