**Job Description**

**The Role**

Lead **operational supply chain execution** from supplier to manufacturing site while building the **next‑generation capabilities** required for a more resilient, data‑driven, and agile supply chain. This role ensures uninterrupted material flow, vehicle and service parts availability, and disciplined response to daily disruptions—while simultaneously elevating team capability through innovation, digital adoption, and continuous upskilling.

You will manage and develop a high‑performing team responsible for translating demand into executable supply plans, stabilizing operations, and modernizing supply chain execution across suppliers, plants, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
