Responsible for ensuring efficient supply to customers while minimizing costs and maintaining service levels. Leads the customer service team, manages inventory for finished goods and raw materials, and coordinates with production and purchasing. Oversees sales and operations planning, warehouse activities, and supply chain projects. Ensures compliance with safety and hygiene standards, drives cost and stock reduction initiatives, and reports key performance metrics. Contributes to site development as part of the Operations Management team.

This is an onsite position based in Oleśnica near Wrocław, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
