Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations of ZUS Coffee PH, including warehousing, inventory management, distribution, logistics, and store replenishment to ensure smooth daily operations across all stores and kiosks.
Plan, organize, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, allocation, checking, loading, and dispatch of supplies, ingredients, packaging materials, and store operational requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of coffee beans, milk, syrups, food items, packaging, and other critical store supplies to support uninterrupted store operations and customer satisfaction.
Lead and ensure proper execution of inventory management processes, including stock counts, reconciliation, variance investigation, and inventory accuracy across all warehouses and distribution points.
