**Description:** **What You Will Be Doing**
This position is for an Innovation Project Manager within the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) LOB and will lead cross‑functional, multi‑LOB/BA initiatives to create consistent, repeatable procurement processes for both FAR‑based and commercial acquisitions. The Innovation Project Manager will drive speed, agility, and innovation across ADP, including unclassified and classified efforts, ensuring supply‑chain excellence that aligns with mission‑critical objectives. Candidate would be expected to work on-site at least 2 days a week.
Ability to lead teams within various functions and have a growth mindset to enable strategic thinking and driving requiring outside-the-box thinking timely solutions.
Experience with agile procurement frameworks and rapid‑fielding logistics
