Position Overview
As an Supply Chain Finance Team, you will be responsible for leading the supply chain financial planning and performance analysis by managing budgeting and forecasting, overseeing product costing and inventory controls, and partnering with operations to drive cost efficiency and financial performance.
What will you do?
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlooks for all supply chain costs and manufacturing overhead.
- Own the monthly performance review process for operations, explaining variances between actual results and budget/forecast targets.
- Oversee product costing accuracy, bill of materials (BOM) audits, and labor/overhead absorption rates across manufacturing facilities.
- Monitor inventory health, including Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and manage provisions for slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock (SLOB).
