Consolidating sales database and providing it to Sales Division and Marketing Division.
Making documents relating to ordering / shipping.
Coordination with logistic function and supply hub in Japan and neighboring countries to ensure the purchase plan to achieve the sales target.
Key Responsibilities / Duties Planning
Making sales plan of sales inventory and purchase by model by customer and by month.
Review of the plan and result with Sales division then obtain the approval of the management.
Handling Company’s internal system in order for placing the order checking the availability of models.
