Supply Chain Executive (Up $4500 + AWS + 3 mth VB, Fluid Components)

Support end‑to‑end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, logistics)

Manage RFQs, supplier quotations, and purchase orders in SAP

Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, production, and delivery timelines

Monitor inventory, perform stock reconciliation, and flag discrepancies

Oversee shipment coordination, tracking, and delivery updates

Handle shipping documentation, customs, and export requirements

Prepare reports on supply chain performance and identify improvements

Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Requirements

• Familiarity with basic supply chain functions such as procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Educational projects or internships related to supply chain are beneficial
• Experience and familiar with SAP/ERP & Microsoft Office
