Responsibilities:
1.
Liaise with vendors (local and overseas) for sourcing, quotations
and vendor, warehouse and logistic.
2.Organize
and administer the purchasing function of direct materials
(non-parts) for the effective inventory management to ensure smooth
operations across entire supply chain.
3.To
liaise with pre-sales and vendors (local or foreign) in sourcing
and purchasing strategies and
duties.
4.Continuous monitoring, evaluating and
improving Vendor performance. example: warehouse, logistic,
distribution center)
5.To keep track and monitor
of all purchases status at all times and ensure that optimum
inventory are maintain in order to fulfil customers' (internal and
external) requirements such as product/s quality, accuracy and
prompt delivery.
6.Assist in reviewing tenders
and bids when necessary.
