Our client is a synthetic and steel wire rope sling manufacturer.
The Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Operations Department.
【Responsibilities】
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Operations Department, including Production, Warehouse, Testing, and Logistics
- Generate and issue test certificates
- Control manufacturers’ and third-party certificates
- Liaise with logistics division and sales personnel on certificate deliveries
- Ensure accuracy of all in-house test certificates before issuance
- File all certificates and paperwork in both hardcopy and softcopy formats
- Maintain complete history records of client products in use
- Generate Certificates of Conformance from suppliers’ websites
- Handle general document control
