Supply Chain Coordinator – Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth flow of orders, shipments, and customer operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Place orders, set up and maintain customer files in the accounting system.
• Follow up on order status and update customers and sales teams.
• Manage all inbound & outbound shipments from Germany.
• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.
• Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items.
• Obtain accurate information from forwarding companies regarding shipment dates and expected dates of delivery.
• Provide regular reports and report progress during meetings.
