Position Overview
Work Location: Jurong East (10 Toh Guan Road East) | Occasional site visits required
Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM
Salary: Up to $3,500 Basic
Job Description - Plan and monitor monthly delivery schedules for assigned countries
- Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams to secure project specifications and drawings
- Follow up on project parts delivery and resolve any shortfalls
- Provide input to design schedules and attend department meetings
- Manage inventory and parts delivery for projects
- Support supply chain operations across Singapore, ASEAN, India and Middle East
- Participate in quality and environmental compliance activities
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
- Work with international subsidiaries and multiple departments
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
