Job Description: Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc) Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc) Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management) .May be required to travel on case by case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting) Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock) Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
Job Requirements: Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc) Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Good Team Player, Time Management, Accuracy and Problem Solving skills Must be comfortable with working overtime occasionally and overseas travel.
