JOB SUMMARY: Follow demand and capacity analysis, production control, and inventory control of main projects to meet the production, delivery demand, and cost, schedule requirements within the manager's direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Production control
  • Review resource allocation weekly and production plan monthly and monitor daily output.
  • Oversee material supply and ensure smooth production and avoid downtime.
• Delivery performance
  • Review the backlog and analyze the root cause of past due orders; oversee abnormal production status.
  • Prepare the related material and initiate meetings to facilitate the department responsible for solving the issues.
  • Communicate with the sales office or other TE entities in solving order change issues.
• Inventory control
  • Checking and analyzing the inventory of raw material, components, and finished goods based on MPS.
