The BPO scope is HR, encompassing comprehensive hire-to-retire services. This role is accountable for orchestrating partner performance end to end, ensuring client outcomes, maximizing financial results, and strengthening long-term account value.

The position serves as the primary interface between partners, internal delivery leadership, and senior client stakeholders.
