Position Overview
The SQ Warranty Analyst is responsible for supporting warranty performance analysis and driving corrective actions aligned with the organizations Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative. This role focuses on identifying high-impact warranty issues, enabling rapid root cause investigation, and supporting cross-functional teams to reduce 3MIS and improve overall supplier quality performance. Analyze warranty data trends to identify top contributors to 3MIS and prioritize GIMS cases for TTF focus Support execution and tracking of the Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative, ensuring timely issue resolution Develop dashboards and reports to monitor warranty performance, TTF metrics, and supplier accountability Collaborate with SQEs, engineering, and suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions Perform deep-dive data analysis to support escalation of critical issues and leadership reporting Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (GIMS, warranty databases, etc.) Provide reg...
