**Description:**
You will be the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for the Air‑Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) team. Our team is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met throughout the development process, from design to production, by collaborating with various stakeholders, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) you will be responsible for driving supplier quality excellence across the ARRW program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and implement supplier quality plans and requirements.
+ Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance monitoring.
+ Lead root‑cause investigations and corrective‑action initiatives.
+ Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
+ Track, analyze, and report quality metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
