**Job Description**

**About the Team:** The Quality Team in Newton, NC supports the organization by managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System for chassis component product lines, including Cross‑Axis Joints, Ball Joints, Suspension Joints, Control Arms, Stabilizer Link Connections, Tie Rods, and plastic components such as oil pans, baffles, and valves. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this team of four quality engineers partners with leadership to plan, implement, measure, and improve systems aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. The team owns key quality processes such as change management, document control, and the audit program, while ensuring KPIs and risk assessments are effectively used to drive compliance, performance, and continuous improvement.
