**Description:** Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer
This is a deployed position in the Marrietta, Georgia area. (Telecommuter remote work location to be reasonable driving distance to LM assigned suppliers as defined in agreement with manager).
* The suppliers are located primarily in the in the state of Georgia and surrounding states.
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving total quality performance across multiple sites for strategic suppliers that produce major airframe and systems components.
• Candidate needs working knowledge background in GD&T, Inspection methods, Tooling, AS9100, AS9102. working knowledge of Six Sigma, preventive tools PDCA, PFMEA, Mistake Proofing and Gap Analysis.
• Must have knowledge and effectively apply root cause analysis, Cause Mapping, Cause & Effect diagrams, Pick Charts and, structured RCCA for effective corrective action.
