The Supplier PCN Coordinator is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of Product Change Notifications (PCNs) from external suppliers. This role ensures that all supplier‑initiated changes are properly evaluated, communicated, and executed in alignment with internal engineering, purchasing, and inventory requirements.
Responsibilities:
PCN Compliance & Documentation
Manage end‑to‑end supplier PCN compliance, including timely acknowledgement, validating completeness of submitted information, classifying PCNs, and ensuring suppliers provide required data before internal review.Cross‑Functional Coordination
Work closely with suppliers and internal functions to confirm affected part numbers, generate where‑used analyses, and coordinate Component Engineering reviews and dispositions to ensure all technical impacts are addressed.PCN Workflow Management
