The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Youth and School Age Program supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Youth and School Age Programs.
Responsibilities Plans, organizes, directs and implements the programs of the Youth Activities Center, ensuring that the Youth and School Age program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Represents the Youth Programs with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Manages Appropriated Funds (APF), Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF), and funds from other sources such as United Way, Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), Boys and Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)...
