Summary The Counsel for Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) will be responsible for managing the trial-level litigation, under the supervision of the Regional Solicitor, filed by the Secretary in Region III and arising under the OSHA. The OSHA Counsel will also provide advice and counsel to the client agencies, on ongoing investigations, the OSHA program areas, and pre-litigation referrals. The OSHA Counsel will directly supervise the work of attorneys and paralegals in their OSHA enforcement work..
