Summary If selected you will be responsible for support services functions: facility management, space management, on-site safety and health, security administration, conference management, procurement of equipment and supplies for a USDA Hub location or Business Site. Responsibilities The duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides expert advise, guidance, and counsel to the agency’s senior managers at the site regarding planning, delivery, and innovation of the administrative support services program. Oversight or liaison for property management and maintenance programs, directs on-site conference management services. Oversees or managing front-desk reception protocols, printing/copier management services, mail/shipping/receiving, equipment and supplies and budget.
