Summary The GS-12 Congressional Liaison works in the Patient Advocate & Resource Center (PARC) and has significant personnel management responsibilities for a medium size professional and non-professional staff at the GS-12 grade level and below. The Congressional Liaison is responsible as a delegate of authority for the medical center director for review & response to executive correspondence and veteran-centric complaint resolution.
