The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Operations Manager, for 24-hour operations of at least two fully staffed shifts. Responsible for the overall management, planning, directing, and organizing civilian and military employees supporting the law enforcement and base defense missions. Responsibilities DUTIES: DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Security Forces Operations Flight operational activities, ensuring that security and law enforcement complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
