**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Supervisory Project Manager** to join our team in **Portsmouth, VA** . This is an **onsite** position.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Directing the efforts of a team of 100+ contractor personnel supporting SURFMEPP worldwide operations
+ Leading direct reports who serve as team leaders across four distinct SURFMEPP departments to manage work assignments, personnel actions, and productivity.
+ Interacting with senior-level government staff members, creating detailed charts, graphs, and visual summaries to support formal briefings and reports.
+ Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite to analyze and display complex data in a manner that facilitates leadership understanding and strategic decision-making.
+ Assisting with overall contract tasking, managing Prime Project Managers, and preparing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions.
